Zombie Survival Sheet - 2013 edition

I know there's a lot of zombie survival sheets out there, so I decided to try my hand at making one.
Yeah, it lacks obscenely large blood spatters (that brown stuff is just coffee, guys, stop licking it), as well as a place for your ubercool zombike and useless sidekick, but I tried to achieve a more "realistic" effect instead of an "epic" one. Feel free to not give a damn about it and slap some grossly implausible weapons, gear or hideout on it - it's your call. Just let me know if you used my template, I'd like to see the results.
